That quote definitely describes myself. Perhaps replace mirror with movie. Maybe. I do love the mirror just not in the morning. And a clever man once said never look in a mirror after three drinks, it won't do you any good. So ultimately I don't spend much time looking in mirrors.
I'd consider myself a bit of an expert on two things. Films and drinking. The mastery of this came from spending too much time procrastinating with a Netflix account and a BevMo located way too conveniently to my apartment.
That being said I am majoring in film, so I've got a bit of insight on Mise-en-scène and shit for whatever the hell it's worth.
So the game-plan is I'm going to explain what alcohol I think matches with the film I'm reviewing. I'll do this bit as sober as I can so it remains somewhat coherent. I'll then review the film while drinking the recommended beer or liquor. Depending on both the length of the movie or what I'm drinking the review may actually become rather abstract.
